The Order to Cash Project has been progressing at a rapid rate in preparation for go-live. Through our internal validation and quality control process, we are currently addressing and refining certain technical aspects.
However one of the key dependencies for go-live is the customer uptake. Unfortunately, we have had a poor response during the registration process which necessitates a more robust registration campaign in order to prepare you, our valued customer, for the Order to Cash Platform.
Transnet National Ports Authority has therefore decided to postpone the April 2017 go-live of the Order to Cash project.
We plan to increase our efforts in the month of April 2017 for registering of all our customers on the new platform. This may be extended to contacting existing PortsOnline customers to ensure that they have been registered on the Order to Cash Platform, to facilitate a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.
I appeal to you to prioritise your registration, so that you are able to access the new system in a timely manner especially when TNPA is ready for go-live.
We further assure you that your offices can continue to transact with TNPA on the existing PortsOnline
Salient aspects of the Order to Cash project, migration away from the PortsOnline platform and the new anticipated go-live date will be communicated shortly.
Please channel all Order to Cash queries via email to email@example.com or contact us telephonically on 0860 109 330.
Looking forward to a successful implementation.
